Contribution to the firm's sustainable growth Develop new business opportunities for Cuadrante Norte through active prospecting, generation of business relationships, and consultative sales closure, contributing to the firm's sustainable growth by marketing workshops, conferences, commercial development programs, and consulting projects. Identify companies with potential for improvement in their commercial structure and guide them—through a consultative sales process—toward the solutions offered by Cuadrante Norte. **REPORTS TO** General Director **WORK SCHEDULE** Hybrid, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Responsibilities** * Identify and contact potential prospects through various channels. * Schedule and conduct consultative business meetings. * Conduct structured follow-up on each opportunity. * Prepare commercial proposals. * Conduct closing meetings. * Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines. * Ensure formalization of the contracted project or service. * Record commercial activities in CRM. * Maintain an updated sales pipeline. * Support corporate events, workshops, and networking activities. * Assist in generating social media content. **PROFILE** * 2 years of experience in B2B sales. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field (Preferred). **SKILLS** * Cold prospecting * B2B consultative selling * Negotiation and sales closing * CRM usage * Commercial follow-up * Handling objections * Basic Excel * Results-oriented * Clear and direct communication * Proactivity Attractive compensation scheme: **100% commission.** Work location: Andares Position type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Workplace: Hybrid remote in Zapopan, Jal.
