**Company dedicated to Agri-Technology** **Location:** Zapopan, Jal. (El Colli neighborhood). **Work Mode:** On-site. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm \| Saturday half-day. **Job Objective** Ensure administrative smoothness of orders and proper execution of shipments, acting as the operational liaison between the sales department, the warehouse, and transportation providers to guarantee on-time and in-full deliveries. **Key Responsibilities** * Customer Service Operations (60%) * Receiving, entering, and validating orders in the system. * Monitoring order status to proactively inform account executives. * Handling basic incidents (rescheduling, shortages, or billing adjustments). * Continuously updating the customer and pricing database. * Traffic Management and Tracking (40%) * Daily tracking of cargo pickup and delivery with transportation carriers. * Preparing shipping documentation (bills of lading, invoices, packing lists). * Verifying foreign trade documents (reviewing draft customs declarations and import invoices). * Reporting in-transit incidents and assisting with release of shipping guides. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * **Education:** Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** 1–3 years in administrative logistics, traffic, or corporate customer service roles. * **Excel:** Intermediate level (proficiency in filters, basic formulas such as VLOOKUP, and pivot tables). Mandatory for KPI reporting. * **Technical Knowledge:** Basic understanding of Incoterms 2020 and national geography (transportation routes). * **Attitude:** Highly organized individual with excellent spelling, quick response capability, and a strong sense of urgency. **Key Competencies** * Effective communication (interacting with carriers and sales representatives). * Sense of urgency. * Orderliness and attention to detail in document handling. * Analytical ability to resolve simple operational problems. **We Offer** * Direct employment contract. * Competitive base salary. * Job stability.
