Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating and supervising the execution of children's events, ensuring a safe, fun, and well-organized experience for clients and attendees. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the proper execution of children's events, guaranteeing a safe, enjoyable, and organized experience for clients and guests. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise event setup, execution, and teardown. * Coordinate operational staff, entertainers, hosts, and vendors. * Verify adherence to schedules, logistics, and service quality standards. * Provide direct customer support during events and resolve incidents. * Supervise safety, cleanliness, and childcare areas. * Manage inventory of materials, furniture, and equipment. * Ensure each event is conducted in accordance with company standards. Position Profile: * Excellent service attitude and leadership skills. * Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. * Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure. * Experience in event coordination, customer service, or personnel management. * Availability to work weekends and flexible hours. Position Objective: Ensure every children's event is successfully executed, providing peace of mind to clients and creating memorable experiences for attendees.
