Balance between professional development and excellent working conditions. **Accountant (Hybrid Role) \- Zapopan, Jalisco** We are looking for an **Accountant** with solid experience in the full accounting cycle and import accounting. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the full accounting cycle and perform monthly closings. * Bank reconciliations in Mexican pesos and US dollars. * Control of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and inventories. * Accounting for foreign currency transactions and exchange rate fluctuations. * Comprehensive management of import accounting (customs entries, importation costs, VAT, and expenses). * Preparation of provisions, depreciation, and adjustments. * Supervision of administrative staff. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting. * Minimum 3 years of experience in general accounting. * Proven experience in a trading/import company (mandatory). * Advanced proficiency in **CONTPAQi** and intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of payroll, tax withholdings, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and local taxes. * Basic English (emails). **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Savings fund * Grocery and gasoline vouchers * Punctuality and attendance bonuses * 1 to 2 work-from-home days per week * Flexible working hours * Additional vacation days starting from the first year **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Work Modality:** Hybrid in Zapopan, Jalisco If you meet the profile and are seeking a good balance between professional development and excellent working conditions, please send us your information.
