We seek to add a Yard Supervisor to our team who ensures compliance with policies, safety standards, and effective human resource management. **Ideal Candidate Profile** ✔ Experience supervising rail yards. ✔ In-depth knowledge of logistics, transportation units, and basic mechanics (diesel, tires, spare parts). ✔ Personnel management: shift scheduling, attendance control, and progressive discipline. ✔ Emphasis on industrial safety, hygiene, and quality. ✔ Adherence to regulations, procedures, audits, and operational compliance. ✔ Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. ✔ Availability to coordinate with clients and internal departments, including administrative reporting and meetings. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise yard movers: shifts, uniforms, permits, vacations. * Manage material resources: diesel, tires, preventive and corrective maintenance. * Maintain direct client relations (e.g., audits, safe procedures). * Implement and reinforce QM Transports’ internal processes. * Prepare administrative reports, attendance records, and incident reports. * Ensure proper vehicle placement and yard layout. **Join our team at TECHNOLOGY PARK Zapopan, Jalisco** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $4,000\.00 per week Benefits: * Referral program * Complimentary uniforms Experience: * Yard administration: 1 year (Preferred) * Inbound and outbound logistics: 1 year (Preferred) * Personnel administration: 1 year (Preferred) * Leadership and teamwork: 1 year (Preferred) * Basic on-site safety: 1 year (Preferred) * Diesel administration: 1 year (Preferred) * Tracking of corrective and preventive maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
