Learn company pricing standards and workflows **Position Summary** The **Cost Estimator** is a role designed to support the Estimating Department with data preparation, documentation, and administrative estimating tasks. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist with the preparation of cost estimates by gathering and organizing data * Review specifications and project documents for completeness * Enter pricing, materials, and labor data into estimating systems * Support quote revisions and updates as directed * Maintain estimating files and documentation * Coordinate with internal teams to obtain required project information * Learn company pricing standards, processes, and approval workflows **Qualifications \& Experience** * **1–2 year** of related experience (estimating, data entry, construction, manufacturing, or administrative support) * Bachelor’s degree business, construction management, or a related field is a plus * Comfortable working with spreadsheets and internal systems * **Microsoft Excel proficiency** is required. * **Typing speed of 50–70 WPM or higher** with excellent accuracy (required). * **Bilingual in Spanish and English** (required). * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines. * Proven experience in the **furniture industry** is a plus. **Skills \& Competencies** * Fast, accurate data entry and typing skills. * Strong time management and multitasking ability. * Ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
