At CYACSA, we specialize in the supply, fabrication, and installation of metal structures for any type of construction project. **Job Objective:** Coordinate, supervise, and control the execution of metal structure installation projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, safety standards, quality requirements, schedules, and budget constraints established by the company and the client. **Requirements:** * Gender: Unrestricted. * Civil Engineer, Architect, or related field. * Leadership, delegation of responsibilities, decision-making, planning, and control. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Resident. * Experience in structural assembly, industrial construction, and lifting operations (mandatory). * **LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily progress of metal structure installation work. * Verify that work is carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and procedures. * Coordinate activities with clients, contractors, and suppliers. * Develop construction schedules and monitor adherence to deadlines. * Control material resources, tools, and installation equipment. * Request materials and verify their proper receipt on site. * Maintain records of estimates, progress reports, and daily reports.
