Due to growth, we are seeking a **Procurement Manager**. Main Responsibilities: * Identify procurement needs * Ensure availability of suppliers for each service * Supplier portfolio management * Supplier communication and follow-up * Shipment management * Supplier reception * Negotiation * Purchase orders * Import and export management * Budget control * Inventory control * Market analysis * Reporting * Invoice registration and tracking * Procurement process development Requirements: 3 or more years in similar positions Knowledge of: * Domestic and international procurement processes. * Supplier management and evaluation. * Inventory control and min/max levels. * Proficiency in **COMPAQI COMERCIAL** system. * Budget preparation and analysis. * Principles of commercial negotiation. * Customs documentation and logistics. * Basic legislation on foreign trade and taxation applicable to procurement.
