Inventory control and updates Food and Beverage Procurement Assistant **Company:** Club de Golf Santa Anita **Location:** (Guadalajara\-Morelia Km 6\.5, Campo de Golf Santa Anita Condominio, 45645 Club de Golf Santa Anita, Jal.) **Job Description:** Club de Golf Santa Anita is seeking a **Food and Beverage Procurement Assistant**, responsible for supporting the procurement of supplies required for operations, ensuring quality, control, and timely replenishment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Procure food and beverage supplies * Obtain and compare supplier quotations * Track orders and delivery timelines * Control and update inventory records * Receive and verify goods * Record product receipts and withdrawals * Assist in cost and budget control * Identify and develop new suppliers * Coordinate with kitchen and warehouse regarding replenishment needs * Prepare procurement reports **Requirements:** * Age: 18 to 40 years * Prior procurement experience (preferably in food and beverage) * Experience in inventory control * Organized and responsible individual * Strong negotiation and follow-up skills **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of **$15,000 to $19,000** (based on experience) * Statutory benefits **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. **INTERESTED CANDIDATES MAY APPLY VIA THIS PLATFORM OR THROUGH WHATSAPP:** 33 1178 9792 Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $24,696\.92 per month Work Location: On-site employment
