A construction company is seeking an Engineer or Architect to control project budgets, with knowledge of foundations, vertical construction, purchase orders, and quotations. Main responsibilities include: Client visits and meetings (pre/post) Preparation of budgets, estimates, and project coordination Tendering for construction works, project control Preparation of construction dossiers Billing and client follow-up Construction scheduling and disbursements Preparation of material inventory, quotations, payment scheduling, delivery (supplier\-site), and material receipt at the project site Review of piecework calculations **Skills / Competencies:** * Proactivity * Self-management * Responsibility and discipline * Conflict resolution * Strategic thinking * Leadership ability * Strong problem-solving ability * Effective communication * Knowledge of blueprint reading, generators, and advanced Excel Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Position type: Full-time Salary: $4,500\.00 \- $5,000\.00 per week Work location: On-site employment
