Effective leadership and communication Supervise and ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental standards during the execution of HVAC projects, ensuring safe working conditions for personnel and adherence to applicable regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Evaluate safety performance in manufacturing areas during daily activities. * Generate compliance reports for safety performance indicators according to the requirements of the companies where work is performed, for weekly and monthly reporting. * Participate in the evaluation of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Conduct risk analyses for various job-related projects. * Inspect tools and equipment used in operations to ensure compliance with safety standards and local and international certifications required by the client. * Prepare work permits based on risk analyses and coordinate their approval with the safety officers of the companies or clients. ✅ **Requirements:** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety and Hygiene, or related field (degree mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of experience as an EHS Supervisor on industrial construction sites or HVAC projects. * Knowledge and application of STPS regulations, NOMs, PPE management, and high-risk work procedures. * Certifications: DC\-3, first aid, working at heights, confined space entry (preferred). * Proficiency in safety documentation, risk analysis, and reporting formats. * Willingness to travel and relocate to project sites. * Proactivity, leadership, and effective communication skills. **How to Apply:** If you are ready to take the next step in your career, send your CV and cover letter to anasotelo@ogroup.com.mx with the subject line "EHS Supervisor" or contact us at 33 2594 1742. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Monday to Friday work schedule * Positive work environment * Development and training opportunities * Savings fund Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $2,750\.00 \- $4,500\.00 per week Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site
