Job Summary: Operate extruder machines to manufacture flexible polyethylene packaging, ensuring quality and performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Adjustment and control of extruder machine parameters 2. Basic and preventive maintenance of equipment 3. Resin blending for production and adherence to good manufacturing practices Extrusion Operators GENERAL JOB OBJECTIVE: Manufacture flexible polyethylene packaging by operating extruder machines in compliance with quality standards. SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS: Adjust and control machine parameters Monitor production output from the extruder machine Troubleshoot technical production issues affecting quality and performance Manage and schedule machine changeovers as required Perform basic and preventive maintenance tasks Carry out resin blending for production Perform cleaning during and at the end of the work shift Follow good manufacturing practices Selection Criteria 1 year of experience in monolayer extrusion Completed secondary education Shift availability . -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary education 1 year of experience Keywords: operator, operator, operator
