We are seeking a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN who will be responsible for maintaining equipment, machinery, and tools in optimal condition through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. **Responsibilities:** * Handling and knowledge of various industrial oils and greases used to properly lubricate equipment and machinery. * Inspection, maintenance, and repair of mechanical transmission systems using pulleys, sprockets, and gears. * Adjustment of tolerances and maintenance of various types of bearings and bushings. * Fabrication of spare parts such as bushings, shafts, keys, etc., using lathes, milling machines, bench drills, and grinders. * Performing repairs or modifications using electric arc welding, TIG welding, and oxy-fuel cutting equipment. * Preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systems (hydraulic pumps, solenoid valves, accumulators, etc.). * Effective communication with maintenance team members, production staff, and other departments to identify and resolve issues. * Analyzing information by interpreting mechanical drawings and hydraulic diagrams to logically and efficiently solve problems. * Effective communication with maintenance team members, production staff, and other departments to identify and resolve issues. * Maintaining the technical condition of technological equipment and ensuring rational use of assets or resources assigned. * Safeguarding and keeping the work area clean and organized, including equipment, instruments, and tools used. * Complying with occupational safety and health prevention and training activities to ensure proper usage. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience. * Preferred education: Technical degree in a related field. * Experience in industrial mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and machining lathe operations. * Knowledge of bushings, ball bearings (pressure, load, and tolerance adjustments), water pumps, mechanical seals, gears (speed calculations and backlash adjustments), power transmission components (pulleys, sprockets, belts…), couplings, types of steel, heat treatments, torque specifications, beams and structures, and solid and liquid seals. * DC\-3 certification for working at heights * Sense of urgency **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Continuous training and professional development * Healthy work environment
