Follow-up on payment commitments and agreements **Opportunity at Caja Popular Mexicana:** We are seeking an individual for an **in-person** role who will contribute to the success of our institution. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Conduct home visits and support telephone collections with members, co-signers, and obligors regarding overdue payments to the Institution, in accordance with applicable portfolio policies. 2\. Generate and deliver notices to members, joint debtors and/or co-signers, inviting them to settle their loan’s overdue payments. 3\. Guide members, joint debtors and/or co-signers on payment alternatives and agreements as options to settle their loan’s overdue payments. 4\. Follow up on payment commitments and agreements reached with members, joint debtors and/or co-signers. 5\. Implement strategies, campaigns, and recovery plans for the assigned portfolio. 7\.
