Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field Proficiency in recruitment and selection, onboarding, and training processes. Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in similar positions. Experience in Consulting or professional services (Preferred) Knowledge of payroll, attendance records, employment contracts, IMSS registrations and terminations Prior experience managing recruitment teams. Up-to-date knowledge of current labor legislation. Proficiency in HR management tools Experience administering psychometric assessments Implementation of operational and administrative recruitment strategies; reduction of turnover.
