We are a company specializing in the sale and leasing of computer equipment and IT infrastructure, and we are currently seeking talent for our Human Resources department. **Work Location: Arcos de Guadalupe, 45037 Zapopan, Jal.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct organization-wide **Training Needs Analysis (TNA)**. * Design and deliver **training programs** focused on commercial skills, leadership, and soft skills. * Coordinate and facilitate **in-person and virtual training sessions**. * Manage **onboarding and continuous training programs** for new hires. * Administer digital learning tools (Zoho People). * Evaluate **training program effectiveness** using performance indicators. * Support leaders through **coaching processes and team development**. * Prepare **executive reports on training outcomes and impact**. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in **Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy, Communication, or related field**. * **3–5 years of experience** in training and organizational development. * Experience in **designing and implementing organization-wide training programs**. * Certifications in **training, organizational development, or coaching** are preferred. **We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:** * Proactive with strong communication skills. * Focused on talent development and continuous improvement. * Capable of collaborating across various departments within the organization.
