Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead technical crews and ensure the proper execution of industrial projects while maintaining schedule, quality, and safety. We are looking for a **Construction Supervisor** with field experience capable of leading technical crews and ensuring the correct execution of industrial projects while maintaining schedule, quality, and safety on site. **Requirements:** * Education: Degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering * Minimum **6 years of field experience** participating in industrial installations; at least **3 years supervising technical personnel or construction crews** * Prior technical knowledge in **structural installations, electrical systems, piping, and civil works/finishes** * Proficiency in AutoCAD for design and interpretation of structural, HVAC, and electrical drawings * Extensive knowledge of project management systems * DC3, DC5, and safety systems are desirable. * 100% field-based work. * Willingness to travel. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct **on-site technical surveys**, collecting dimensions, materials, and installation conditions. * Prepare **quotations** based on conducted surveys. * Produce **technical and photographic reports** for project planning and quotation preparation. * Coordinate and lead **field technical crews** (installers, technicians, applicators). * Supervise **project progress**, ensuring compliance with schedule, quality, and safety requirements. * Assign **daily, weekly, and monthly tasks** to technical staff. * Manage **materials, tools, and equipment** assigned to each project. * Prepare **daily and weekly progress reports**, including photographic evidence. * Identify **schedule or cost deviations** and propose corrective actions. * Coordinate with **procurement and warehouse** to ensure material availability. * Conduct **daily kickoff meetings** to review safety topics and task assignments. * Present **weekly progress and results reports to management**. **We Offer:** * Salary of $28,000 to $35,000 gross per month, depending on experience * Monthly bonus of $5,000 for achievement of performance targets * Bonus of $10,000 for budget and schedule compliance upon project completion * Statutory benefits * Transportation allowance * Company-provided mobile phone line Salary: $28,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Experience in structural, electrical, piping, and civil works/finishes installations Work Location: On-site employment
