**COST AND BUDGET ANALYST**
**Description:**
An architect or engineer responsible for developing, analyzing, and controlling unit costs of construction projects, ensuring optimal resource utilization and compliance with established budgets. Will collaborate in obtaining quotations and perform precise calculations of materials required for projects.

Budget preparation.
Unit price analysis.
Preparation of bill-of-quantities generators.
Preparation of material take-offs.
Cost estimation for materials and labor.
Preparation of reports for management.
Preparation of reports for disbursements.
