Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator with experience in the restaurant industry to lead recruitment, personnel administration, and organizational development, ensuring an optimal work environment. Leadership, Decision-Making, and Conflict Resolution Sports Club is looking for: **Human Resources Coordinator** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related fields. * Age between 30 and 50 years. * Minimum 3 years of experience in coordination and leadership roles in Human Resources within the **RESTAURANT INDUSTRY**. * **RECRUITMENT EXPERT**, with experience managing staff (**operational positions**: waiters, cleaners, security guards, etc.). * Experience in personnel administration, hiring, and labor relations. * Knowledge of labor regulations (IMSS, STPS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, NOM\-035\). * Implementation of organizational development and workplace climate programs. * **Verifiable employment stability** **Main Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection * Ensuring follow-up and onboarding of new hires * Contracts, induction, terminations, and conciliation follow-up * Regular meetings and follow-up with each department head regarding emerging issues * Training and organizational development * Coordination of institutional events together with General Management * KPI measurement * Supervision of compliance with NOM-035 * Oversight of STPS training requirements compliance * Safety and hygiene (having coordinated at least one drill) **Competencies:** * Leadership and decision-making * Negotiation skills * Conflict resolution * Planning and organization * Effective communication * Teamwork and collaboration * Strategic thinking * Results orientation * Empathy * Focus on achieving objectives **Offers:** * Salary: $20,000 MXN net (grocery vouchers, punctuality and attendance bonus at 10%) * 100% IMSS coverage * Statutory benefits * Weekly payment * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM to 2 PM; Sundays off * Location: Jardines de la Patria, Zapopán, between Av.
