




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator with experience in operation control and tracking, supply management and maintenance, as well as proactive and teamwork skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative and logistical activity coordination 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance management 3. Inventory supervision and supply procurement Due to expansion, we are looking for an Administrative Coordinator. Responsibilities: * Control and track the messaging logbook. * Control deliveries and receipt of computer equipment. * Track and ensure preventive maintenance for vehicle fleets. * Control and track execution of corrective maintenance for offices. * Supervise proper office supply inventory control and procurement. * Control and track the Administration petty cash fund. * Vendor and service follow-up. * Tracking compliance with housekeeping logbooks. * Review and follow up on purchase requisitions. * Manage stationery requests and inventory. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar coordination roles, preferably in Logistics, Office Maintenance or related areas. * Residence in Guadalajara city. Specific Knowledge: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Information management. * Database administration. Skills: * Proactivity. * Active listening. * Assertive communication. * Teamwork. We Offer: * Base salary. * Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
