Dynamic work environment A technology company specializing in lighting solutions is looking for: **Operations Manager** We are seeking an Operations Manager with a practical and results-oriented approach to ensure the smooth operation of procurement, logistics, warehousing, and imports. **Responsibilities** * Manage domestic and international procurement * Coordinate imports (customs agents, documentation, logistics) * Supervise warehouse operations and inventory management * Administer delivery logistics and routing * Lead the operations team (driver and warehouse staff) * Operate and control processes via Odoo (ERP) **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Engineering, or related field * 3–6 years of experience in operations / logistics / supply chain * Knowledge of import procedures and international trade * ERP system experience (Odoo preferred) * Organized, solution-oriented, and operationally leadership-capable profile **We Offer** * Salary: $25,000\.00 MXN per month, tax-free. * Job stability * Dynamic work environment Salary: $25,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
