




Job Summary: Coordinate the logistics of training programs, manage participants and materials, provide support during sessions and Training Needs Assessments (TNA), and recruit and coordinate external consultants. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive coordination of in-person and virtual training programs. 2. Management of communication and budgeting with consultants and clients. 3. Incident resolution and digital platform management. ● Coordinate training program logistics (in-person and virtual) ● Manage schedules, participant invitations, and follow-up ● Prepare materials, attendance lists, assessments, certificates, and deliverables ● Provide support during sessions (in-person or virtual) ● Attend Training Needs Assessments (TNA) with clients ● Generate structured feedback for consultants based on TNA outcomes ● Recruit, evaluate, and coordinate external consultants ● Manage ongoing communication with consultants (briefings, follow-up, feedback) ● Monitor program budgets (costs, fees, travel allowances, optimization) ● Prepare program tracking and closure reports ● Manage digital platforms (Zoom, Teams, LMS) ● Anticipate logistical risks and resolve incidents in real time Salary: $11,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
