Collaboration with the operations department At Transportes Azteca, we seek an analytical, organized, and results-oriented professional to join our operations team as an **Operations Planner**. If you have experience in logistics and transportation, enjoy coordinating operations, and making strategic decisions based on operational data, this opportunity is for you. **Location:** La Venta del Astillero **Work Mode:** On-site **Working Hours:** **Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.** **Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.** Responsibilities: * Plan and optimize operational routes and resources to maximize the efficiency of each trip. * Coordinate loading and unloading schedules with supervisors and logistics managers. * Track operational incidents and propose continuous improvement actions. * Manage vehicle and equipment rotation in strategic areas. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, on-time delivery, and fleet utilization. * Analyze operational data to support decision-making. * Collaborate with the operations department to ensure adherence to established schedules. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field. * Experience in operational planning, logistics, or land transportation. * Proficiency in TMS systems and analytical tools (preferred). * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. * Strong communication and coordination skills across departments. **Key Competencies:** * Analytical thinking * Organization and attention to detail * Decision-making * Time management * Adaptability * Results orientation **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Ongoing training * Professional growth opportunities * Excellent work environment Join a company experiencing continuous growth within the transportation and logistics sector.
