If you are seeking a place where your talent can make a difference, this opportunity may be for you. **Purpose of the Position:** Accompany and supervise the holistic development of players residing at Casa Club, providing academic, formative, and behavioral support to promote positive habits, personal well-being, and appropriate adaptation to the club’s sports and educational environment. **What We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Education, Social Work, or related field * 2–4 years of experience working with children or adolescents * Experience in educational or sports environments (preferred) * Basic Office 365 proficiency * Academic tracking tools (preferred) **Specific Knowledge:** * Child and adolescent development * Formative mentoring strategies * Positive behavior management and discipline for youth groups * Communication with young people and families * Basic first aid (preferred) **Your Responsibilities in This Role:** * Supervise players’ daily routines at Casa Club, supporting schedules, activities, and coexistence to ensure order, discipline, and compliance with internal regulations * Monitor players’ academic performance, coordinating assignments, study time, and communication with educational institutions to promote their academic development and school attendance * Promote healthy lifestyle habits and personal responsibility by guiding hygiene, organization, and self-care to contribute to the player’s holistic development * Identify emotional or behavioral needs through observation of behaviors and channel relevant information to the Human Development or Psychology Department to promptly address risk situations or adaptation challenges * Coordinate with sports and multidisciplinary departments, sharing relevant information about each player to ensure integrated and aligned interventions * Implement and reinforce coexistence regulations and guidelines, supervising behaviors and applying consequences when appropriate to maintain a safe and formative environment * Maintain communication with external families or guardians as required, reporting progress or incidents to strengthen collaboration and support throughout the developmental process **Benefits:** * 30-day year-end bonus * Major medical expense insurance * Funeral expense coverage * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Subsidized cafeteria Work Location: Verde Valle Chivas Schedule: Friday 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM and Saturday 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
