Productos de Gran Consumo S.A. de C.V. is a 100% Mexican company specialized in the importation and commercialization of top-quality products in the categories of personal hygiene and first aid. We are seeking dynamic, proactive individuals with strong communication skills to promote our products. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or merchandising-related positions. * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. * Leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Results- and goal-oriented mindset. * Flexibility and adaptability. * Knowledge of information technologies and marketing tools. * Creative and innovative in identifying solutions. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement promotion and merchandising plans to increase sales and brand visibility. * Coordinate with promoter teams. * Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of promotional and merchandising materials. * Conduct store visits to evaluate promotion effectiveness and propose improvements. * Develop and maintain relationships with customers and business partners. * Budget and resource management. * Inventory and promotional materials control. * Monitor results and adjust strategies accordingly. * Prepare activity and performance reports. We offer: * Salary ranging from $20,000 to $25,000 MXN (before taxes). * Biweekly payments. * Statutory benefits effective from day one. * Year-end bonus equivalent to 21 days' salary. After 3 months: * Annual dental cleaning. * Major medical expense insurance. Work location: Av. Americas, Col. Altamira, a few blocks from Plaza Patria. Position type: Full-time.
