Mexico's most important insurance company is seeking new talent to train and develop them as **Wealth and Insurance Agents**, and to become part of its sales force. **JOB REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES:** * Minimum required education: **Completed high school**. * Must not hold an insurance agent license. * Sales experience, preferably in intangible products or in the real estate and financial sectors. * Availability of time for training and in-person activities. * Accustomed to generating high income. * Must possess a client portfolio or warm network with purchasing capacity for our product. * Effective communication and ability to engage with potential clients. * Responsibility and initiative. * Goal- and results-oriented. **MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Client portfolio development. * Wealth and financial advisory services. * Commercial strategies. * Negotiations and closing of sales. * Post-sale follow-up. * Public relations. * Customer service. **WE OFFER:** * Guaranteed salary \+ uncapped commissions ranging from $20,000 to $30,000 monthly. * Statutory benefits. * Productivity bonuses. * Continuous training and development. * Travel opportunities, recognition programs, and conventions.
