The ideal candidate must combine excellent customer service with persuasive sales techniques to maximize diner satisfaction and increase the average check. Responsibilities Advise customers on selecting meat cuts, describing characteristics, wine pairings, and doneness levels. Promote restaurant specialties and chef recommendations, with a focus on increasing sales. Provide personalized and attentive service, anticipating diners' needs. Take and track orders accurately and efficiently. Handle objections professionally and exceed customer expectations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu, promotions, and sales techniques. Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a server, preferably in restaurants specializing in meat cuts or fine dining. Basic knowledge of meat types, doneness levels, and wine pairing. Outstanding service attitude and customer focus. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
