




Job Summary: Ensure the proper operation, preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery at Akron Stadium to guarantee optimal field quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Logbook management and inventory tracking ### **Objective** Ensure the proper operation, preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery used for the conservation and preparation of the Akron Stadium pitch, through timely diagnostics, efficient repairs, and technical control of equipment, in order to guarantee operational availability and contribute to maintaining optimal field quality for training, competition, and events. ### **Requirements** * Technical degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Gasoline and Diesel Engines, or related field * Minimum of **3 to 5 years** of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of specialized machinery * Experience in repairing and adjusting machinery used for green area maintenance, sports fields, golf courses, nurseries, light agriculture, or similar equipment * Knowledge of gasoline and diesel engines, as well as good safety practices in machinery maintenance * Proficiency in hydraulic, electrical, and transmission systems, and mechanical fault diagnosis * Experience reading technical manuals, maintenance routines, and using logbooks * Availability to work on weekends, match days, and according to operational schedules * Valid driver's license preferred ### **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery used for pitch conservation, ensuring safe and efficient operation * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and general functional faults in assigned equipment * Repair, adjust, and service mowers, light tractors, aerators, verticutters, spreaders, sprayers, rollers, brush cutters, and other supporting pitch machinery * Conduct periodic inspections of fluid levels, filters, blades, belts, batteries, hoses, cutting systems, lubrication, and wear components * Verify that machinery is in optimal condition prior to training sessions, matches, and events, prioritizing equipment critical to pitch operations * Maintain maintenance logbooks, repair histories, spare parts consumption records, and service time logs * Track inventory of tools, spare parts, oils, lubricants, and consumables required for machinery maintenance * Coordinate with specialized vendors when external services, spare parts, or specific technical diagnostics are required ### **Benefits** * Year-end bonus (30 days) * SGMM (Mexican Social Security Institute coverage) * Funeral expenses coverage * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Subsidized cafeteria * Exclusive staff discounts
