Position Summary: We are seeking an Architect for after-sales service, responsible for managing customer reports, conducting technical diagnostics, and supervising repairs of defects in residential units. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages customer reports and technical diagnostics of residential units. 2. Coordinates and supervises repairs with contractors or internal teams. 3. Documents processes and generates monthly reports on cases handled. Real estate developer seeks Architect for after-sales service We offer: MXN 14,000 per month *Negotiable based on experience* Health insurance from day one Vacation days Year-end bonus Vacation premium Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Location: La Floresta del Colli neighborhood, ZIP Code 45068 Responsibilities: Receive, register, and personally handle customer reports regarding defects in their residential units Conduct on-site technical diagnostics and determine the cause of the defect Coordinate and supervise repairs as soon as possible (within 15–30 days maximum, depending on severity) using original contractors or internal teams Document the entire process (photos, reports, quotations, work orders) Generate monthly reports on cases handled, response times, and recovered costs. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 1 year of experience Age: between 20 and 40 years Knowledge: Civil construction, Repairs, Supervision, Construction supervision, Construction project management
