Job Summary: We are seeking a Collection Auditor to optimize billing processes, analyze data, lead teams, and ensure debt recovery at Grupo Lintecs. Key Highlights: 1. Development and maintenance of databases for decision-making analysis. We are looking for a Collection Auditor to join Grupo Lintecs' team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and optimizing collection processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in accounts receivable management. Your analytical skills and internal control expertise will be essential to identify areas for improvement and prevent potential payment defaults. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining accurate, up-to-date databases, using advanced tools such as Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and pivot tables for data analysis and decision-making. Additionally, your leadership and team management capabilities will be key to fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Prior experience in similar roles is required, with a focus on accounts receivable management and development of effective debt recovery strategies. Your ability to work under pressure and your attention to detail will be valuable assets in this position. This is an on-site position, and regular attendance at our offices is expected to coordinate and supervise collection activities; salary plus productivity bonus.
