We seek a professional with strong expertise in infrastructure, databases, and technical support, possessing a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving capability. Key Responsibilities: * Management and supervision of internal systems (BusinessPro, seekop) and IT infrastructure. * Installation, configuration, and preventive/corrective software maintenance. * Administration of physical and digital IT asset inventories. * Handling user technical reports and incidents. * Implementation of information security, backup, and redundancy strategies. * Creation of technical documentation and process manuals. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * **Essential Technical Experience:** \-Intermediate proficiency in **SQL Server**. \-Experience with **ERP or DMS** (Business Pro preferred) and CRM. \-Knowledge of **networking** (intermediate level), firewalls, and switches (Sangoma, 3CX). \-Familiarity with programming languages (**PHP**) and **ITIL** methodologies. \-Awareness of Artificial Intelligence applied to business processes. **\-Required Software:** MICROSOFT 365, SQL SERVER, DMS OR ERP (BUSINESS PRO PREFERRED), 3CX OR SANGOMA, ANTIVIRUS, BACKUP SOFTWARE, FIREWALL, WINDOWS SERVER, IOS, LINUX, OPERATING SYSTEM CLONING SOFTWARE, PHP. **Skills:** * Self-motivated attitude with a customer service orientation. * Ability to work toward monthly goals. * Basic English proficiency. **Benefits:** * **Base Salary:** $22,000 per month. * **Monthly Bonus:** Additional $3,000. * **Employment Type:** Indefinite-term contract. * **Pay Schedule:** Biweekly. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday (9:00–14:00 and 16:00–19:30\) and Saturdays (9:00–14:00\) Position Type: Indefinite-term employment Salary: $22,000.00 \- $25,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
