Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager with experience leading Contact Center, Information Security, or Cybersecurity solution projects to manage multidisciplinary teams and build relationships with stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. **Top Capita is seeking a Project Manager in Zapopan, Jalisco** -------------------------------------------------------- We are looking for a Project Manager with experience leading Contact Center, Information Security, or Cybersecurity solution projects, ideally with a background in banking, fintech, or digital transformation initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead IT, Cloud, Data Center, Security, Field Services, and Contact Center projects. * Develop and execute project plans (schedule, resources, budget). * Monitor and manage risks, changes, escalations, and deliverables. * Manage multidisciplinary and multicultural teams (\+10 people). * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. * Oversee project finances: costs, margins, billing, and collections. * Executive reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Communications and Electronics, Project Management, or related field. * **Valid SCRUM certification (mandatory).** * 3 to 5 years of experience **leading Contact Center, Information Security, or Cybersecurity solution projects, ideally with a background in banking, fintech, or digital transformation initiatives.** * Advanced knowledge of **Waterfall and Agile Scrum methodologies.** * **Advanced Excel.** * Proficiency in project management tools **(Jira, ClickUP, Monday, Trello).** * Willingness to travel and occasionally work weekends. * English proficiency preferred. **Compensation and Benefits** * Gross monthly salary: $45,000\. * Quarterly performance bonus * Annual bonus equivalent to 15 days' pay * Job stability and high-impact projects **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor's degree \- completed **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Technology / Internet **Industry:** Telecommunications **Skills:** * IT Projects * Customer service * Leadership * Decision-making * Passion for technology *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69ef9f273400002e00bf8e7a\&source\=indeed*
