Position Summary: A leading company in the cybersecurity sector is seeking a Cybersecurity Solutions Technical Lead to coordinate teams, implement solutions, and train clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of engineering and cybersecurity specialist teams 2. Implementation and pre-sales of cybersecurity solutions 3. Definition of protection architectures and strategies A LEADING COMPANY IN THE CYBERSECURITY INDUSTRY IS SEEKING A **"CYBERSECURITY SOLUTIONS TECHNICAL LEAD"** REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, computing, or related field * Minimum 5 years of experience managing FortiGate firewalls (preferred) or firewalls from other vendors (NSE 4\ preferred). * Minimum 5 years of experience implementing cybersecurity solutions and conducting pre-sales activities for cybersecurity solutions and services. * Experience coordinating cybersecurity teams. * Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) **MANDATORY** * Teamwork skills, critical analysis ability, and attention to detail * Strong communication skills, leadership, and teamwork ability RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate engineering and specialist teams during the implementation of security solutions. * Conduct threat analysis, penetration testing, and security audits. * Define protection architectures and strategies for systems, applications, and networks. * Provide technical support on cybersecurity topics to end users. * Prepare technical documentation and records for each installation. * Generate reports for each technical support case in the system. * Deliver client training on information security topics (virtual or in-person) WE OFFER: * Salary: $25,000 to $30,000 MXN per month (take-home pay, commensurate with experience) * Statutory benefits Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM and 4:00 – 6:30 PM * Occasional weekend on-call duty LOCATION: Two blocks from Plaza de Sol, Ciudad del Sol, Zapopan, Jal.
