Commissioning, diagnostics, and technical training for end users **International company seeks** **Zapopan, Jalisco** **Integration Engineer** **for assembly and field service of machinery in the automotive manufacturing area (Bilingual). 3–8 years of experience in:** Assembly of mechanical, pneumatic, and **electrical** systems based on complex technical drawings. Integration and electrical connection of components in equipment designed by the company. * **Automation (preferred)** * Programming of Allen-Bradley PLCs. * Configuration of Cognex vision systems. A leading company in industrial electromechanical and automation solution integration is seeking specialized talent to strengthen its technical team, with a focus on integration, field service, and international customer support. **Job Objective** Execute integration, assembly, installation, and commissioning of electromechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with technical standards and quality requirements, while delivering specialized support to domestic and international customers with a high level of English interaction. **Field Service** * On-site commissioning. * Fault diagnosis and resolution. * Technical training for end users. **International Collaboration** * Ongoing communication with the engineering team in Canada. * Adherence to standards, technical reporting, and continuous improvement. **Candidate Requirements** **Education** * Degree or technical diploma in Electromechanical Engineering or related field. **Experience** * **3–8 years in:** * Electromechanical, pneumatic, and electrical assembly. * Interpretation of complex technical drawings. * Industrial equipment integration. **Language** * Advanced English (mandatory). * Ability to conduct telephone calls and video conferences (≈80% of working time). **Software** * Microsoft Office (advanced Excel). **Preferred Experience** * Automotive industry or other industrial environments. * Field technical service (domestic and international). * Direct customer interaction. **Key Competencies** * Effective communication (oral and written). * Technical problem-solving. * Analytical ability and decision-making. * Self-management and accountability. * Technical leadership (without direct reports). * Customer negotiation and management. * High energy and strong character. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Timely completion of equipment integration and delivery. * Efficiency in field fault diagnosis and resolution. * Customer satisfaction level (especially international). **Compensation Offer** * **Salary: $22,000–$25,000 gross per month** * Benefits: * 5% punctuality bonus * 5% attendance bonus * Statutory benefits Salary: $21,000.00 – $24,000.00 per month Experience: * PLC: 1 year (Mandatory) * Assembly of mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic systems: 3 years (Mandatory) Language: * 100% English (Mandatory) Willingness to travel: * 50% (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment Job type: Full-time Salary: $21,000.00 – $24,000.00 per month Application question(s): * What is your English proficiency percentage?
