




Job Summary: An executive assistant who will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, organize business trips, and communicate with international partners. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management and control of the General Director's schedule. 2. Coordination of internal and external meetings. 3. Communication with domestic and international clients, suppliers, and partners. A) Executive Support * Management and control of the General Director's schedule. * Coordination of internal and external meetings. * Preparation of executive meeting minutes and follow-up on action items. * Travel arrangements (reservations, itineraries, logistics). B) Communication and Institutional Liaison * Direct communication with domestic and international clients, suppliers, and partners. * Translation of documents and emails (English–Spanish). C) CRM Management and Analysis * Coordination with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and HR departments. 4\. Job Requirements and Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Public Relations, Communications, or related field.
