Focus on customer service and passion for coffee We seek a barista with outstanding customer service attitude, friendliness, and eagerness to share their passion for coffee with customers. We are a specialty café featuring board games and art themes, located in a desirable area of the city. The shift is afternoon, covering 36 hours per week with 2 weekdays off. **Requirements:** \- Barista experience. (Preferred but not mandatory). \- Knowledge of coffee extraction methods. (Preferred but not mandatory). \- Honesty, organization, cleanliness, and a positive service attitude. **Responsibilities:** \- Preparation of hot beverages based on coffee, tea, and herbal infusions. \- Brewing coffee using various methods (French Press, V60, Chemex, Japanese Siphon). \- Preparation of simple food items (baguettes, fruit bowls, heating bread in oven, etc.). \- Operating the point-of-sale system. \- General cleaning. \- Attending to customers respectfully and courteously. \- Reporting inventory to the manager. **Benefits:** \- One complimentary coffee-based beverage per day. \- One complimentary menu item per week. \- Uniform provided. \- Employee discount. \- Continuous training and coaching. \- Growth opportunities. \- Tip-equivalent compensation.
