Position Summary: We are seeking a Food Technician or a related Bachelor's degree holder to manage productive parameter control and verify attributes of raw materials and finished products. Verification of attributes and variables of raw materials and finished products Requirements: \*Food Technician or Bachelor's degree in a related field. MANDATORY. \*Experience in physicochemical analysis, development of procedures, instructions, and manuals, and use of pharmacopeial compendia. \*Development of statistics, sampling tables, variable sampling, and attribute sampling. Responsibilities: \*Monitor production processes by managing control of relevant parameters impacting food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. \*Document process stages. \*Verify and confirm attributes and variables of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products according to established standards.
