Job Summary: A prominent Research Center is seeking a Gardener for the maintenance and care of green areas, including pruning, irrigation, planting, and tool handling. Key Responsibilities: 1. (CIATEJ), dedicated to providing technological services and high-level human resource training (master's and doctoral programs), invites you to join its team of collaborators. **Vacancy: Gardener** **Minimum Education**: High School Diploma **Experience**: Minimum 1 year. **Knowledge**: * Green area maintenance and care. * Use of gardening tools and machinery (lawnmower, brush cutter, pruning shears, among others). * Identification and handling of ornamental plants. * Preparation and use of organic fertilizers. * Control of common garden pests and diseases. **Responsibilities**: * Perform pruning, irrigation, and maintenance of green areas. * Plant and transplant trees, shrubs, and flowers as required. * Apply fertilizers and pesticides safely and efficiently. * Maintain gardening equipment and tools in good condition. * Implement landscape designs in collaboration with maintenance staff. * Ensure order and cleanliness of assigned green areas. **Skills**: * Work organization and planning. * Attention to detail for identifying and correcting garden issues. * Responsibility in handling chemicals and machinery. **Competencies**: * Efficient use of gardening tools. * Ability to work under variable weather conditions. **We Offer**: * Job stability. * Excellent working environment. * All statutory benefits. **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. **Salary**: Monthly $10,000\.00 **Contract Type**: Outsourcing **Employer Location**: Camino Arenero 1227, El Bajío, Zapopan, Jalisco, C.P. 45019 Salary: $10,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Workplace: On-site employment
