Job Summary: We are seeking a team coordinator to manage operations, supervise activities, and ensure the execution of processes and customer service at a pharmacy branch. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of work teams and operational management of business units. 2. Supervision and management of branch team activities. 3. Ensuring customer service and achievement of sales targets. Join the team of one of the largest pharmacies in the country. **Your responsibilities will include:** * **Supervising and managing the activities** of the branch team. * Ensuring the **correct implementation of current processes and policies.** * Providing **customer service** in accordance with established service standards. * **Supervising inventory updates and control.** * Meeting and ensuring the **achievement of sales and management targets.** **What we are looking for:** * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferably in Economics, Administration, or Marketing). * Minimum **2 years of experience** in similar positions. * Experience coordinating teams in the **retail** sector. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. **What we offer:** * Monthly salary: $17,267 MXN before taxes. * **100% statutory benefits** * Monthly performance-based bonuses (variable) * **Food vouchers** * Savings fund * **Life insurance** * Guarantee bonus for the first two months: $3,500\.00 per month **Fixed schedules:** * Monday to Friday: 10 am to 3 pm and 7 pm to 11 pm * Saturdays: 10 am to 3 pm * Fixed rest day on Sundays.
