Join our team! **Job Mission** The mission of this role is to guarantee on-time and accurate product delivery to the customer via the digital home delivery service channel, through proper operations, adherence to processes and service protocols, thereby achieving established quality standards. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure the achievement of objectives for the home delivery service channel. \- Monitor incidents and/or accidents related to the channel. \- Ensure the availability and optimal functioning of the channel's physical and technological tools. \- Manage staffing in accordance with channel demand, productivity, and channel analysis. Requirements \- Completed high school or technical degree. A bachelor's degree or engineering degree (incomplete or completed) in economic-administrative fields is desirable. \- 1+ year of experience in the home delivery service channel.
