Join our team! **Position Mission** The position’s mission is to supervise and manage activities carried out by the branch team, ensuring proper implementation of protocols and customer service standards. Supervises flawless execution of current processes and policies, contributing through actions that generate higher profitability and cost control. **Position Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure quality standards in service, monitoring flawless execution of team work processes and activities. \- Ensure compliance with business-established metrics, generate sales reports, and conduct branch operational checklists. \- Execute actions to ensure inventory accuracy, product facing and arrangement, as well as branch order and cleanliness. \- Evaluate personnel under supervision using performance metrics, feedback sessions, and identification of training needs. Requirements \- Completed high school education. Bachelor’s degree in economics or administration preferred. \- 2+ years of experience in customer service, point-of-sale operations, value management and administration, and personnel management.
