Proficiency in Excel Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position Job Responsibilities: Operator attendance control Management of company-owned fleet Monitoring and control of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and vehicle-related procedures. Route tracking (expenses, route assignment to operators, incidents, etc.) Fuel control Collection and safekeeping of evidence of services performed by operators Review of complete and valid operator documentation prior to dispatching on routes Preparation of reports for management.
