**Madero Restaurant** is seeking a **Restaurant Maintenance Technician** to join our team in the **Villas de Pachuca** area. We are looking for a responsible individual with experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, especially for kitchen, bakery, and general restaurant facilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on restaurant facilities. * Maintain kitchen and bakery equipment. * Assist in installation, repair, and maintenance of water, gas, and sanitation systems within the premises. * Identify malfunctions in equipment and facilities. * Carry out general repairs within the unit. * Maintain restaurant operational areas in good condition. * Monitor and follow up on branch maintenance needs. * Assist with plumbing, basic repairs, and general maintenance tasks. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in general maintenance. * Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or similar industries is desirable. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Familiarity with water, gas, and sanitation systems. * Experience with kitchen and/or bakery equipment. * Technical profile: engineer or certified plumber/pipefitter. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Responsible, organized, and service-oriented. **Work Location:** **Villas de Pachuca** **Schedule:** Full week, with Thursdays off.
