




Job Summary: This supervisory role requires team leadership, decision-making during emergencies, personnel management, training, and adherence to high service standards. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for training and compliance with standards Supervises the performance of their Team. - Can make decisions when an emergency or incident occurs on the property and in all matters related to their work area, except as determined by the Precori Manager's opinion. - Assigns coverage areas to agents. - Authorizes vehicle usage. - Decides whether repairs are carried out on vehicles requiring them.5 6. - May decide on disciplinary actions.6 7. - Is responsible for training, coaching, and supervising assigned staff. 8. - Ensures assigned staff are aware of and comply with departmental and position-specific emergency procedures, safety protocols, and personal protective equipment usage.8 9. - Assists their supervisor and managers with assigned tasks.9 10. - Ensures compliance with service standards established for their area by IHG, AAA, Leading Hotels of the World, and Virtuoso.10 11. - Follows up on any cases requiring attention.11 12. - Prepares and enters shift-related incident reports for the Precori department. 13. - Routes bus-related anomaly information to Maintenance and/or Accounting.13. - Supports room-related requests during the third shift. 14. - Verifies cash discrepancies with the General Cashier.14 15. - Schedules vacations, shifts, etc., for the entire department.15 16. - Manages a petty cash fund. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education - Bachelor's Degree 1 year of experience Age: between 25 and 50 years Driver's License: Class A Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, coordinator, manager, captain, escort, guard, security officer, watchman, guard, security, surveillance
