The candidate will be responsible for delivering an enjoyable dining experience, ensuring prompt, friendly, and restaurant-standard-aligned service. **Job Objective:** To guarantee efficient table service, meeting service timing requirements, maintaining service quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner throughout their visit. * Present the menu, explain dishes and beverages, and provide recommendations. * Accurately take orders and ensure correct delivery. * Follow up on orders and verify customer satisfaction. * Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure appropriate service timing. * Maintain a clean and organized workstation. * Adhere to hygiene standards, service protocols, and personal presentation requirements. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Completed secondary school. * Experience: At least 1 year as a server or in customer service (restaurant experience preferred). * Experience with wines and distilled spirits. * Flexible availability (including weekends). * Excellent service attitude. * Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Responsibility and punctuality. **Working Conditions:** * Weekly timely payment (salary \+ tips). * Payday: Sunday. * Two weekdays off. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Option to consume meals at the restaurant or bring personal food. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: $9,452\.00 * Weekly tips: $500\.00 to $1,000\.00 * Meal support * Statutory benefits after 45 days * Job stability * Positive work environment
