Job Summary: Security guard responsible for security and access control, facility monitoring, and incident support, maintaining interdepartmental cooperation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive access surveillance and facility monitoring. 2. Assistance in incident investigation and document control. 3. Interdepartmental cooperation and implementation of security policies. Monitors the entry and exit of guests, visitors, staff, and suppliers. -Verifies the entry and exit of packages, items, merchandise, and equipment. -Conducts periodic patrols across all hotel areas, reporting all types of anomalies and following up to resolve them. -Protects and preserves facilities and people in accordance with established procedures. -Assists in preliminary investigations upon reporting of any incident. -Controls, via logbook registration, the entry of suppliers, contractors, visitors, etc., for various purposes. -Complies with and verifies the application of company-established policies and procedures. -Establishes and maintains effective cooperation with other departments. -Maintains logbook control of departmental keys held in the precorri office. -Records vehicle exits, warehouse openings, radio usage, ADR logbook handovers, safe deposit box openings, concentration envelope controls, staff belongings, etc., in the logbook. -Monitors and follows up on the Honeywell system. -Assists any person injured and follows up accordingly. -Cleans the work area. Assists Housekeeping in communication. -Will be informed of and participate in risk prevention measures and environmental protection practices, and will become familiar with the company’s products and services to provide information during any sales opportunity. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Upper secondary education - General High School Diploma 1 year of experience Age: between 25 and 50 years old Driver's License: Class A Keywords: demonstrator, fair representative, traveling salesperson, agent, representative, agente, representante, escort, guard, security guard, watchman, guard, surveillance
