




Job Summary: Accounting professional responsible for ensuring fiscal and financial stability by managing operations and fulfilling obligations to support decision-making and public tenders. Direct collaboration with the General Directorate Company dedicated to leasing heavy equipment and providing services to the public sector, with administrative operations in Puebla and participation in government tenders. **Job Objective** Ensure the organization’s fiscal and financial stability through accurate recording of accounting transactions, timely fulfillment of tax and social security obligations, and generation of reliable financial information to support decision-making and participation in public procurement processes. Reports directly to the General Directorate and collaborates with external advisors. **Main Responsibilities** **Accounting and Tax Compliance** * Execute the full accounting cycle for legal entities (and, where applicable, related individuals). * Calculate taxes and file monthly, annual, and informative returns (Income Tax, VAT, DIOT, withholding taxes). * Monitor and follow up on notifications via the Taxpayer’s Electronic Inbox (Buzón Tributario). * Prepare monthly trial balances and bank reconciliations. * Prepare and submit financial statements: * Balance sheet * Income statement * Cash flow statement **Social Security and Government Platforms** * Manage personnel movements and payments via IDSE, SUA, and SIPARE platforms. * Fulfill obligations before IMSS, INFONAVIT, and state authorities (ISN). * Administer compliance with REPSE registration and informative filings ICSOE and SISUB. * Respond to requests from tax and social security authorities. **Assets and Tender Support** * Control and depreciation of fixed assets (truck fleet). * Prepare financial documentation for public tenders. * Maintain real-time updated accounting information. **Profile Requirements** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, with official degree and professional license. **Experience** * 5–7 years of experience in corporate accounting. * Demonstrable experience in: * Comprehensive tax compliance * IMSS and INFONAVIT * Responding to authority requests * REPSE * Preparation of financial statements **Technical Knowledge** * Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF). * Mexican tax legislation: * Income Tax Law * VAT Law * Federal Tax Code * Social Security Law * INFONAVIT Law * Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel. * Familiarity with SAT, IMSS, and INFONAVIT platforms.
