Summary: Lead and supervise the Time & Attendance team, ensuring accurate payroll execution, compliance with labor laws, and continuous process improvement in an outsourced model. Highlights: 1. Promote continuous improvement and efficiency **SECTION I:** GENERAL DESCRIPTION Supervise and lead the Time \& Attendance (T\&A) team, ensuring the timely and accurate capture, review, and validation of incidents, as well as the correct and punctual execution of payroll under an outsourced model. Ensures compliance with internal policies, operational controls, and the Federal Labor Law; coordinates special processes (Profit Sharing – PTU, year\-end bonus) and works directly with the payroll vendor to resolve issues and maintain operational continuity. Promotes continuous improvement and efficiency throughout the cycle. **SECTION II:** EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION 4–7 years of experience in payroll or Time \& Attendance. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting. English proficiency at 60%. **SECTION III:** KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND CERTIFICATIONS Strong knowledge of T\&A processes and payroll workflow. Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters). Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, year\-end bonus, profit sharing (PTU), and employer obligations. Experience working with payroll vendors and T\&A systems. Data reconciliation and control. Leadership and team management skills. Clear communication with operational areas and supervisors. Attention to detail and analytical thinking. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict payroll deadlines. Continuous improvement mindset. **SECTION IV:** MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and supervise three T\&A Analysts. Ensure time approvals by supervisors according to the payroll calendar. **Validate incidents:** absences, overtime, adjustments, and schedule changes. Reconcile T\&A system data against the payroll vendor’s pre‑payroll. Review and validate pre‑payroll and final payroll; document variances. Prepare and validate the banking file for payroll disbursement. **Coordinate special processes:** profit sharing (PTU), year‑end bonus, and off‑cycle payrolls. Maintain updated SOPs, checklists, and payroll closing calendars. Manage tickets with the payroll vendor and follow up on SLA compliance. Propose and implement operational improvements and automations. Participate in compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) requirements related to ISO 9001:2015 for their role. Comply with security rules established according to their function. Complete all planned training related to Quality and Training on time. Identify and report any quality or compliance issues and support corrective actions.
