In 2024, we recorded annual sales of approximately $3\.87 billion and secured $6\.1 billion in new business. **Job Purpose:** Lead Customer contact in charge of Quality Customer Engineers (Answer the customer complaints through 8D´s, do fast response about issues, attend the customer with replacement material, sorting parts, give corrective actions) for ALL customers **Key Job Responsibilities:** * Promote compliance with security standards in their area of influence and/or responsibility. * Know and apply the corporate and local procedures of the Quality System as applicable. * Monitoring of PR’s, 8D’s, and Status by Claims to meet internal and customer requirements. * Ensure customer protection and updating of the daily report in the event of quality failures. * Follow\-up of material returned by Claims or RMA from Internal Customers. Ensure delivery of material to manufacturing. * Monitor scorecard or equivalent Warranty. * Coordinate audits of actions related to action plans, PR and customer failures on the floor. * Update and analysis of information for TED and special presentations. * Coordinate sorting/reworks and campaigns at customer location required. * Coordinate sorting/analysis according Customer priority with the Technical.
