**Resident Engineer focused on corrective maintenance.** **Ages 36 to 40** **Immediate Response and Operational Resolution** **Location and Operational Coverage:** Primary base in Chihuahua City. **Operational response in nearby areas such as Parral, Delicias, Cuauhtémoc, and other municipalities across the state, as required by the client.** Full availability for immediate intrastate relocation and flexible working hours are required. **Level:** Specialized operational role **Reports to:** Operations Manager / Operations Coordination **Location:** Field (plants, commercial establishments, and service facilities) **Salary range:** $5,500 MXN per week (based on verifiable experience) Execute, coordinate, and supervise technical fieldwork for industrial, commercial, and service-sector clients—ensuring immediate response, operational quality, and effective problem resolution; including management, sourcing, and negotiation with subcontractors, under high responsiveness requirements. Project monitoring from inception and throughout the construction process until final handover to the client—including inspections, punch-list closure, warranty follow-up—with the objective of preserving construction quality, material quality, and work execution standards, ensuring full alignment with each client’s specific requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to urgent operational, commercial, and service-related client requests—even outside regular working hours. * Deliver outstanding customer service. * Procure materials and tools. * Prepare weekly subcontractor payroll. * Supervise maintenance and construction works carried out per client requirements, ensuring compliance on every job. * Supervise field crews, verify physical progress, and ensure technical compliance. * Organize simultaneous work fronts with a focus on efficiency, safety, and quality. * Manage logs, permits, access authorizations, and technical documentation. * Resolve on-site technical issues autonomously and promptly. * Maintain full time availability for urgent assignments (nights, weekends). * Report daily progress and deviations to operations management. **Technical Requirements** * Civil Engineering degree. * Minimum 3 years of experience on multi-sector projects (plants, commercial establishments, service facilities). * **Advanced proficiency in digital tools** is required—including advanced computer use, construction tracking platforms, and operational CRM systems. Candidates must be able to **document progress, upload evidence, generate technical reports, and track client requests precisely via digital systems**.
